The Stand is perfect for the home or the office and is ideal for both fitness training and stress relief. The 3 foot punch bag weighs 20kg and is perfect for 'laying into' by even the biggest punchers, whilst the leather Speedball is great for perfecting that fast jab. The stand comes in at a height of just over 2 metres, the height of the leather Speedball is adjustable, and it can also be used as a mini fitness centre as the overhead bar is strong enough to support a man doing chin ups.
